Pop Starz Inc. Pop Starz Inc. (Pink Sheets: PSRZ) an operator of dance training centers, currently concentrating on the musical genre popularly referred to as "Hip Hop" and "Pop," announced today that its common stock has been cleared to trade by the National Association of Securities Dealers through market maker GLB Trading Inc. www.glbtrading.com on the Pink sheets under the symbol "PSRZ." More information can be found at www.popstarzinc.com . Pop Starz ultimate goal is the development and operation of dance and talent development programs (dance, acting, modeling and voice) throughout Florida and nationally.
Pop Starz currently serves hundreds of young students between the ages of 5 and 18 in South Florida through its Hip Hop dance classes. Classes are held primarily at Bally Total Fitness Clubs. From its pool of students, Pop Starz has also developed its Production Company to supply dancers for entertainment and other events, and is laying the foundation for future talent management services. Assisting our Production Company is Brice Vick, a choreographer who has produced dance numbers for such stars as Ashanti, Remi Ma, Christina Aguilera and Destiny's Child.

Pop Starz currently operates in the South Florida area and plans to expand through offering classes at additional Ballys locations, branded merchandise sales, licensing and a new video project. Pop Starz also plans to diversify by adding voice, acting, modeling, conventional dance and other performance skills into a comprehensive training program. Our expansion program will be dependent on our ability to secure additional financing.

"Getting our common stock trading on the Pink Sheets represents a tremendous evolution of our company because it gives us the ability to capitalize on the growth of the hip hop industry and further our business goals for our shareholders and students," said Michelle Tucker, president of Pop Starz.
